Farmers & Wealth (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides education and community services to farmers and agro-entrepreneurs. Processing – any operation performed on personal information such as collection, storage, use, or disclosure.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refunds: full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for online courses not yet accessed; event tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event (less processing fees). 6. Code of Conduct
Users must not: Post unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.Harvest personal information of other members.Upload malicious code or disrupt service.Provide unlicensed financial advice in community forums.
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos remain the property of Farmers & Wealth or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. No redistribution without written consent.
8. User-Generated Content & Testimonials
By uploading content or testimonials you: Grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and reproduce it for promotional purposes.Warrant that you own or have permission to share the content.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmers & Wealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court. We encourage amicable resolution and may require mediation before litigation.
